They now had multiple ERPs and no central tool for sales. With manual processes to track and fulfill customer orders, they saw inconsistencies across the organization for proposal copy, pricing, and configuration quality, and errors in product selection and compatibility.

PSG’s salesforce can now seamlessly search for, size, select, configure, price, quote and order PSG's broad range of highly specialized and engineered products in one portal. All sales transactions are integrated to PSG's ERP systems, and feed PSG's internal business intelligence and analytics systems.
