Meet Some Recent Graduates
Meet Rachel, Ross, and Addi, some of eLogic’s recent graduates.
They each joined us with different educational backgrounds and work experience, but each found their way into associate consulting roles at eLogic. Regardless of your major in college, we look for the X-factors of consulting like communications skills, problem solving, work ethic and curiosity. Thanks to thorough onboarding and training, and some hard work, they are now go-to team members in both our Microsoft and SAP practices.
What is Technology Consulting?
Consultants are problem solvers.
We’re the experts our manufacturing and service customers call on when they need solutions to their most pressing challenges. We’re building and configuring cutting-edge applications with the latest technology from Microsoft and SAP that help address some of the biggest challenges the industry is facing, from supply chain management and digital sales to factory modernization and data management.
Technology runs the world. But sometimes, our customers need help running it.
What Skills Do I need?
Regardless of your degree, we look for the intangibles that make you a great problem solver; the ability to effectively listen and respond, the curiosity to continually learn and ask questions, work as a part of a larger team but also work independently, and the open-mindedness to lean in and wear multiple hats.
Typically, our consultants have degrees in computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, informatics, data science, or engineering. Early career eLogicians typically have exceptional foundational skills in information systems, business management, mathematics or finance, computer programming or scripting languages, as well as other STEM-based disciplines.
