We are looking for Senior Consultants who are expert problem solvers. You solve challenging problems, guide teams in the design of an eloquent solution, lead configuration, test, train and see a project through to go-live. A Senior Consultant plays a role in nearly every stage of the delivery of our projects. You are technical enough to converse with the development team and act as a sounding board when needed. You appreciate the responsibility of always having the customer's best interest in mind.
How a Senior Consultant Makes an Impact
A Senior Consultant’s main responsibility is hearing the customer’s business challenges, documenting them, and seeing they are solved in the end solution. The Senior Consultant’s impact is felt in the empathy for a customer on their business problems, their ability to solve them with technology, and the organizational skills to see all the requirements through in the end – a solution that meets or exceeds the needs of the customer and drives business value.

Isabel joined us with a lengthy tenure in technology consulting. She was drawn to eLogic because of the focus on the manufacturing vertical and the opportunity to make an impact in a nimble organization. Her favorite part of working at eLogic is the flexibility that comes with the job as a remote employee and the efforts made to make remote employees feel included. She feels that being a great listener, flexibility, and basic problem-solving are all key traits that make a successful Senior Consultant. Isabel’s proudest achievement to date is transforming and consolidating a global customer’s business applications and providing leadership key insights from their data.
