How a Project Manager Makes an Impact
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the project and ensuring delivery progresses according to the plan. This ranges from project planning, resource management, risk management, status reporting, and ensuring the team is working towards the end goal. Your performance is critical to the overall delivery of the project. The unexpected can happen, so it’s how you’re able to predict risk, plan accordingly, pivot quickly and reach the end goal.

Socrates joined eLogic with previous project management experience in manufacturing. He was drawn to eLogic because of the opportunity to grow professionally. His favorite part of working at eLogic is the ability to focus on growing his project management skillset and the eLogicians that are there to help him along the way. He feels that a can-do mindset, organization, and attention to detail are all qualities that setup Project Managers for success. Socrates’ biggest accomplishment to date is building a strong partnership with one of our newer customers with the hope that we can continue to work more with them in the future.
